My Boston Wedding Plan & The Importance of Creative Menu Design

After the hoopla of celebrating my engagement, it was time to buckle down and start the planning process. Where to begin? It is quite difficult to plan a wedding when you have never done so before. Where should the ceremony and reception be? What is the budget? How many guests on the list? Color scheme? Really, a color scheme? It is never ending. After my boyfriend fiancé (that takes some getting used to), and I settled on a venue, there was one catch. Catering had to be done on-site through the venue. I am sure the food will be exceptional, but it is hard knowing we do not have many options to choose from. Being a foodie, it is important to me that the food we choose truly represents our personalities, style and taste.

Raw BarOne thing I have grown to love the most about Broadway Gourmet is their wide range of cuisine that can fit any style for any occasion or event. As one of Boston's most sought after wedding caterer, Broadway Gourmet offers almost anything that can fit your imagination. A perfect lobster bake complete with a raw bar display for the rehearsal dinner, or a Spanish tapas inspired cocktail hour to an artful and delicious filet mignon plated dinner. Broadway Gourmet has an exceptional culinary team ready to take on any challenge from an array of events, including your special day!

I do believe culinary experts are always trying to improve their skills and creativity. Wedding planning, especially the reception menu, is an experience that should be fun and a total reflection of oneself .Broadway Gourmet has inspired me to take a step beyond what general caterers offer and really challenge them to prepare something my fiancé and I will be proud to share with our guests.
